Meet the Complete OBCAI Board of Directors
Carolina Rendeiro, John Jordan and Javier Garcia Iza have been elected OBCAI’s 2010 Officers by their colleagues on the Board of Directors.
Carolina Rendeiro, President of Right Space Management, is the President of OBCAI, based in Coral Gables, Florida. Carolina has over 29 years of experience in the office business center industry. She has served as an active spokesperson in her field, contributed articles for industry publications and has been interviewed by local and international media with regards to the industry over the years.
Having entered the industry in 1978, some of her accomplishments include, conducting seminars in various cities within the United States and throughout the world, served as a consultant to business center owners and assisted in site selections of future centers for building owners in various countries while providing them with a complete turnkey management of an office center.
John Jordan, President of BusinesSuites, is the Secretary/Treasurer of OBCAI, based in Austin, Texas. John has been involved in the office business center industry since 1997. BusinesSuites now has sixteen locations in four states. In the past, John has also served in financial and business development roles in commercial lending and private equity investing and served on several non-profit and for-profit boards. John has both bachelors and masters degrees in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin, where he also taught a course entitled Entrepreneurial Finance for six years.
Javier Garcia Iza, IOS Offices, is the President-Elect of OBCAI. Javier has over 12 years of experience in the serviced office industry. He was responsible for opening over 260,000 square feet of prime serviced offices space. He started out working for an HQ franchisee in 1996. In 2007 he launched his own company, IOS Offices in Monterrey Mexico, the largest serviced office center throughout Latin America with over 65,000 sq ft and 350+ office suites. On 2008 he opened his second location, now in Mexico City, adding an additional 150+ suites to his operation.
