Ray Lindenberg

Ray Lindenberg, Co-Founder of the highly successful and OBCAI award-winning Local Member Network (LMN), OBCANY (Office Business Center Association of New York), shares his “5 Key Secrets To Starting and Running A Successful LMN”.

“You have to love they neighbors and thy web brokers, think big and small simultaneously, and have fun. Then you can achieve great results as an LMN, says Lindenberg, the Rental Manager at the beautiful Summit At Madison Square Park, in Manhattan.

“Starting your own LMN only requires 5 members and 5 meetings a year, and you can be well on your way to greater revenues by collectively raising the profile and branding of the OBC hospitality industry in your market,” said Ray. “But you must also make sure everyone is having fun.”

OBCANY has 40 member locations paying dues to the group, and regularly attracts 25 participants at its meetings.
