Office Business Center Association International (OBCAI) is your source for information, education, networking, and client referrals, in the business center (executive suite) industry. OBCAI members attend the best educational meetings and trade show in the industry, network with colleagues from over thirty-five countries, and collectively market OBCs to the public and the real estate industry at large.

OBCAI membership is comprised of business center owners, managers and support staff as well as vendors who service business centers, including brokers, industry consultants, office product and software suppliers, and telecom equipment and service providers.

OBCAI is the international trade association representing office business center owners and operated. Our members’ focus is on client services and business success, and they need access to resources offered by their industry's trade association.
OBCAI is a member owned nonprofit trade association. Governance is through the care and concern of a dedicated Board of Directors, elected by the members.
